- Other insurance companies, producers, inspectors, and reinsurance
companies as it may be needed in connection with any application,
policy, or claim involving you.
- Adjusters, appraisers, investigators, and attorneys who need
the information to investigate or settle a claim involving you.
- Insurance support organization which is established to collect
information for the purpose of detecting and preventing insurance
crimes or fraudulent claims.
In addition, we may provide information to the state insurance
department in connection with their regulatory authority and to
other governmental or law enforcement authorities to protect our
legal interest or in cases of suspected fraud or improper activities.
Security of Your Information
We have established procedures to maintain physical, electronic,
and procedural safeguards to maintain the confidentiality of the
personal information of our customers. Appropriate measures are
taken to ensure that access is available only to those individuals
who need to know that information in order to provide our products
and services.
